How long is the delivery time?

Our normal delivery time is approximately 2-3 weeks from order confirmation. This time may vary depending on the complexity of the design and current workload. Need your sign faster? Get in touch and we'll see what we can do!

Are you a dropshipping company?

No. All of our products are designed, produced and shipped directly from our workshop in Stockholm. We are a serious company with a focus on quality, craftsmanship and personal service – something that cannot be achieved with drop shipping.

How do I mount my LED neon sign?

Our signs are delivered ready to mount. You can choose between different mounting options, such as wall brackets, wire suspension or mounting on an acrylic plate. Everything you need for installation is included, and all you need to do is plug it into a regular wall outlet.

Can I customize the design of the sign?

Yes! We offer custom LED neon signs where you can choose the color, size, font and motif. Do you have your own logo or design idea? Submit your request and we will help you create a unique sign that suits your needs.

Are LED neon signs dimmable?

Yes, all our signs come with a dimmer so you can adjust the brightness as needed. Perfect if you want softer lighting in the evening or maximum light during the day.

How long is the lifespan of an LED neon sign?

Our LED neon signs have a lifespan of approximately 50,000 hours, which is equivalent to several years of use. Because LED technology is energy efficient and does not generate much heat, the signs last longer than traditional neon tubes.

What certifications do your LED neon signs have?

Our LED neon signs meet high standards for safety and quality. We have the following certifications:

CE – Certificate that our products comply with EU health, safety and environmental requirements.

FCC – Certification that ensures that our products comply with US regulations for electromagnetic compatibility.

ROHS – Restriction of Hazardous Substances, which means our products are free from harmful heavy metals and chemicals.

These certifications ensure that our signs are of high quality and safe to use in both commercial and private environments.

Can the sign be used outdoors?

Our LED neon signs are intended for indoor use only. They are not weatherproof and should not be exposed to moisture or rain. If you need a sign for outdoor use, please contact us – we can help you find a solution!

What power supply is needed for the sign?

Our LED neon signs are powered by a 12V transformer that is included with purchase. You simply plug it into a standard 230V wall outlet and the transformer converts the current to power the sign safely and efficiently.

Do I have the right to an open purchase or a right of withdrawal?

Since all our neon signs are manufactured according to the customer's unique design and wishes, there is no right of withdrawal or open purchase according to the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59, Section 11) . Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

If your sign, however, has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during delivery, you are of course entitled to a complaint under the Consumer Purchase Act . Contact us within 14 days if something is wrong, and we will help you solve the problem!
